I never thought I would reach 500 so quickly so I did a MAC Lipstick giveaway and now I'm a little tight on my budget. I really hope you guys understand. I do want to give you guys something amazing so that is gonna take a bit of work and effort to come up with. (Not only financially but creatively as well). Hope you guys understand.  I hope you guys are having a wonderful day and I will see you in my next video! Leave me video ideas in the comments below! :)

Product Review: Tarte Cosmetics: Lights, Camera, LASHES Mascara!

Hey everyone! I know it's been quite a while. Well, school has been very tough for me and I have been swamped with midterms, research papers, and Shakespeare. Upper division classes are no joke people. I think I want to do a college series that will help incoming students get an idea of what college/uni is like from an English major's perspective. Interested?
Anyway, moving right a long. About two weeks ago now I went to a music festival here in South Florida called Coral Skies. It was the best day EVER! Not only did I spend it with amazing people and was I able to hear amazing music I also got to meet two of my favorite performances/ bands.... Jack Antonoff of bleachers and Cage the Elephant!! I hugged all of the members (omg Matt and Brad Shultz!) and Nick Bockrath gave me his autographed beer bottle, what!
It was the best night ever...
Okay, now we will talk about the real purpose of this video and post. In my Beauty Haul I showed you guys that I had recently purchased the travel sized mascaras from benefit and tarte. Today I will be showing you a demo of the tarte mascara: Lights, Camera, LASHES! It was amazing and elongated my lashes so much with only two coats. I absolutely loved this mascara so much. The travel size is about $15 I believe. It is also very easy to take off the eyes and the brush application is perfect and gets into the small lashes at the corners without staining my lids.
This mascara gets two thumbs up!

Sephora + Mac Haul plus the Giveaway Winners!

Hey everyone! School has been very chaotic ( and I feel like I say this everytime but it is true!) But I do love all my english classes still, though they can be quite hard. Midterms are over and done with and now we are just on the second half of the semester that will most probably fly by.
Today I am bringing to you guys another Sister Series! We are going to show you guys the new products we will be trying out and if anyone wants a review on these then just leave a comment down below! Also, my sister will be helping me choose the winners for my giveaway so stay tuned till the end. I also added some hilarious bloopers so if you'd like to see more of our crazy side then keep watching!

BTW I wanted to ask if anyone is interested in the topic of feminism? I feel like it is a hot topic noaways, but a lot of people don't really know what it is or means? If anyone would like a video on my thoughts on that then let me know!

For now, enjoy this weeks video right here!

My Favorite MAC Lipsticks for the Fall 2014

Hello everyone! Hope everyone is having a wonderful day!
I have been hard at work filming and editing my videos for you guys trying to come up with the best content possible. I love filming and being able to incorporate my beauty/fashion obsession has been so much fun! I think it's noticeable when someone is doing something they love. You can just see it in their face and hear it in their voice.
A few weeks ago I unleashed my Mac Lipstick Collection which was so crazy to film, but probably my favorite video ever. This week I am bringing to you my top 6 Mac Lipsticks that I will be wearing for the Fall time this year [2014]. I do have to mention, it was very difficult choosing from my collection. I love them all and don't really follow trends on what is in to wear (same goes with nailpolish and clothes). But for the sake of this video I limited myself to 6 of my favorite fall appropriate colors that I think you guys would like and also aren't the most common choices. Nothing like switching everything up for the new season.
Would you guys like to see my Winter Lipstick choices?
Leave your answer in the comments below!

BTW I have moved my closet shop to this new store called Vinted
It is amazing and I absolutely love how easy it is to buy and sell.
Check out my store! I will be posting more items soon :)
Enjoy the video and let me know which lipstick is your favorite for the fall time?

GRWM: First Day Of School '14

Hey everyone! Today I am updating you guys with my Get Ready With Me video where I show you guys what I wore on my First Day of School. But before I do I just want to mention how it went.
If you guys keep up with my twitter rants then you'll know that I have recently graduated from my college with an Associate's degree in English. I finished in the summer and transfered into my public state university for the fall semester. To be honest it was a very crazy (almost tramatic) experience and I'll tell you why.
I have always been a very shy, introvert kind of person. I keep to my self all the time and don't like change, at all. I was use to going to school just two minutes from where I live. I was use to going to classes with my sister and only having classes in the mornings or afternoons. It was a very chill two years for me. It was a nice transition from being homeschooled to actually going to school.
But that school (my community college) was nothing compared to my state university. It has ten times more students, a bigger campus, and more difficult classes. Instead of driving only two minutes I now drive twenty-five minutes to get there and another twenty-five to come back, for two days a week. That's 100 minutes or an hour and ten minutes a week. Incredible jump from the ten to fifteen minutes I would spend in a week driving to my community college.
Maybe this isn't so drastic for other people, but for me it was. Especially since I have anxiety driving. Add on my social anxiety and it is a party twice a week. The rest of the week I'm busy worrying about school and doing homework. Most of the homework I don't even finish (it's mostly reading literature and books, but since I have three english classes it's hard to read everything before the day of. I usually have an hour break and take advantage to catch up on the pages assigned).

But it's not all bad. I love the classes I'm taking which are Medieval Literature, English Grammar, and Shakespeare Histories. All of my professors are extremely nice and understanding. They are available to speak to you and help you understand the material. All three are challenging classes and push you to break away from your comfort zone as a writer and as a being.

So now that I have gone off on my tangent I hope you guys understand me a little bit more throughout the next two years of my life at my new school. Soon it won't be my "new" school haha.
For more updates follow me on twitter via the button at the top of this page.
Hope you enjoy my video and acquire ideas for a makeup look or outfit for school.

Product Review: L'Oreal Miss Manga Mascara

hey everyone! Today I have a product review for you guys. I know, I know, I am always reviewing mascaras. Well you know what? I love long, huge, volumenous lashes. Next mascara I want to try is a higher end one, maybe Too Faced? Any recommendations are appreciated.
Well, the one I am demo'ing for you all today is the L'Oreal Miss Manga Mascara, the waterproof version in black. As you can see in the video, I absolutely hate the application/brush. What's the point in buying something that is uber goopy and you have to wipe just to use? That makes absolutely no sense to me. Plus I hate when the wand is flexible.
I do, however, like the way my lashes look after using this mascara. I believe that if I use a bit more product my lashes will look even thicker.
Hope you guys enjoy the review/first impression and let me know if you have ever tried this product!

Pumped Up! Colossal Volum'Express Mascara Review + Demo

Hey guys!! I am so loving my new mascara and wanted to share with you guys my first hand experience with you on camera. Today I will be showing you guys the new Pumped Up! Colossal Volum'Express Mascara from Maybelline. It claims to have 16X more volum and has a new innovative curved brush.
Here are my thoughts. I wish I had found this in a waterproof version and at the moment I'm not even sure they make that kind. If they did it would work even better. I feel as if it does give me a lot of length and even volume, the two main qualities I look for in a mascara. If you'd ever tried Maybelline's One by One mascara it is sort of like that but with added volume. I love that it doesn't clump and it holds the curl pretty well, for a non-waterproof mascara. Over all I loved the mascara and I don't say that often!

Do you have a product you'd like me to review? Please leave it in the comments below!

I Love Make-Up Tag!

Hello loves and welcome back to my blog! I know it's been a crazy week and we all just want to kick up our heels, or is that just me? Well, for those who want a quick read continue reading!
I was tagged by the lovely Micaylah from BeautifulJewell. Once you're done reading this you can check out her answers to this quick and fun "I <3 Make-up Tag". Hope you enjoy it and get to know me a little better!

1. When did you begin loving make-up?
It took me a long time to love make-up. I'm very lazy so I didn't like to take the mascara off (mascara was my worst enemy lol). I would say I started loving make-up around the age of 15/16. That's when I started experimenting more.

2. How do you feel without make-up?
I'm not the kind of girl that really cares to dress up every single day. I get tired and lazy so quickly. But when I go out without make-up I feel like I'm being looked at the wrong way. I don't even know why! Who cares if I'm wearing make-up or not? I can be beautiful without it. Too bad society makes us girls feel the need to wear it. We shouldn't feel bad about ourselves and yet we still do (myself included).

3. What do you like about make-up?
I love everything about make-up. The different textures, shades, forms, and styles. I love that you can create a whole different look or just enhance your natural beauty. I love that you can try purple lips today and a nude lip tomorrow. The fact that it's not permanent gives me liberty to try new things and not be afraid of messing up.

4. Three holy grail items:
-My Cereve Moisturizer to get rid of all my dry, problamatic areas.
-My Nars concealer that works magic under my dark circles.
-My Full N' Soft Mascara by Maybelline that makes my lashes incredibly long!

Blogs I tag!
(If you've done it already then tag someone else :))

NOTW: Leading Lady

Hello beauties and hello November! (Four days late I know but I totally forgot to talk about it last week!) I am getting so into this month. I got a few new pieces for my room... (I'll post about it soon!) I also have got a winter clothing haul coming soon! But today I will be showing you guys what has been on my nails this past week! If you saw my OOTD video on Friday then you got a sneak peak. The main color on my nails is called Twin Sweater Set by Essie and is in their fall collection. I used Leading Lady, which is a gorgeous red glitter polish, for my ring and middle finger.
Below you will find two pictures of my polish (one with flash and one without) as they seem quite different in these two pictures. I think I will be wearing a lot more glitters these next few weeks! They are so fun and give your nails more pizazz!
One thing I did want to mention is I used a base coat for the first time ever! Next week I will let you know how I liked it and if it was any good. Red polishes always give me a hard time when I have to take them off so I'm excited to see if the base coat helps.

What colors are you loving for November?

Fall Lipstick Dupes!

Hello beautiful readers and welcome back to my blog! Wow, I just want to say I'm sorry for making you guys wait so long for my Wednesday Beauty post. It's been a very crazy few days (school, my nephew went into surgery, plus I had to upload and edit all the film I had which isn't easy). But everything is great now and I am back on track. Thankfully Wednesday hasn't past without my video post. I have a cool video today that I've been dying to do! It's my Fall Lipstick Dupes!! You guys know all about my favorite MAC lipsticks but I wanted to share their dupes! So I went out to Walgreens and found three perfect matches that not only look exactly like the three MAC lippies but they are perfect for the Fall (and cheaper!). To find out which lipsticks I'm talking about

Major Beauty Haul!

Hello my loves, it has been a long week and I just want to plop down and watch movies all weekend.
This semester of college has been super stressful. I am finishing up my core classes now and I left some of the hard ones for last, (bad idea). Anyway, I'm glad it's over and it's one more week closer to the end of the semester! Hooray!
Today I want to show you guys what goodies I have been stocking up on these past two months. So this is going to be a collective haul of all my beauty related items. I usually don't buy so much in such little time but I wanted to try a few new things for you girls and see if I could find new products that I will love! (Expect a lot of reviews from me very soon!)
Without further a do, I will leave you guys to watch my video right here and enjoy!
Let me know if you have bought or tried any of the products I mentin/show. I would love to know your opinion on it and if it works for you. :)

NOTW: Go Overboard

My lovelies, it's Monday and I have no idea how I'm going to get through today.
Why are Monday's so hard to go through? I seriously don't understand. Is it cause it's the beginning of the week or because it's the end of the weekend? What ever the reason may be Monday's are hard.
But you girls know that the only way I start the week is with a fresh mani + pedi. Now, for those of you who don't know, I do my own nails at home. It's work and I barely have time in my busy life but when I do man is it worth it. Nothing better than looking down at your hands and seeing a perfect mani.
This week I went for a dark blue-ish/green-ish color from essie. Go Overboard was such a beautiful color and I wanted something different than the usual dark hues for fall. So this one is definitly worth a try. To buy it please click on the link below and you'll be able to purchase it from Amazon!
Hope you like the picture!

NOTW: Bahama Mama

Hello my loves! It's been a very, very, very crazy past week!! But I will post more about that later. For now I want to talk to you girls about my current nail polish. Last week I wasn't able to post a Mani Mon post because I hadn't finished them yet and with school it's a little difficult to have a new color every week. I'm constantly doing work either for school, my blog, or my house. So you can imagine I don't have two hours to let my dark nails dry lol. But I finally found the time and did them. I chose this gorgeous deep purplish red color (oxblood really) and it's called Bahama Mama from Essie. I believe I've posted about this color before but what can I say I love it!! It's a little streaky when you first put it on but after a third coat you are good! I wanted to wear this color with gold and brown bangles which give it a more boho chic kind of look. What do you girls think?

Product Review: Cetaphil Oil Control Foam Wash

Hello my beautiful readers! So I want to talk about this new product I purchased a week ago. Now, if you know me, you know I like my usual products and don't tend to switch things up. But this time I did and boy did it go wrong! I wanted to try out the new Cetaphil face cleanser which I had heard good reviews on. I thought it would clean my face and leave a fresh feeling. Well, it did the exact opposite. I'm a person with highly sensitive skin but I didn't think this product would effect me so badly. It did. The first day I used it I developed an irritation on my right cheek that extended to my chin. I thought I would give it a day to clear up, thinking it was just the pimples surfacing before going away like what usually happens. I was dead wrong! By the night time my right eye was extremely irritated. Mind you, I had not used the product on my eye and it had not fallen into my eye. My right eye itched so much that I had to put eye drops. Thankfully it wasn't too bad the next day though still uncomfortable. I also still had a face full of itchy bumps that are not pimples. These bumps are probably caused by an allergic reaction to the product.
Foolishly I wanted to try the product for a second time. But there was no surprise when I found more bumps, redness, itchy skin, and uncomfortable eyes. So, after trying it out I have come to the conclusion of just returning it and getting my ten dollars back. I'd much rather spend my money on a trusty, old facial cleanser that leaves my skin feeling clean, refreshed, and fabulous! (which is the regular Clean & Clear if you're wondering).

I must say, Cetaphil isn't all bad it is just this particular product that does not suit me. I purchased the day moisturizer with SPF and it works perfectly fine. (Though I hate using it if I'm going to wear makeup because I don't like the feel of sunscreen on my face). I'm not sure if it moisturizers as well as my Cereve night cream but for now I'm only truly using it as a sunscreen.

If you girls like my product reviews let me know in the comments below and I will do more! Hope everyone found this post beneficial.

NOTW: The Thrill of Brazil

Hello loves, it's Monday and I'm here to show you girls what I've got on my nails.
I wanted to go for a bright red just because it's the beginning of September and I still have a long way to go till fall officially starts. I want to try and space out my fall nail colors because a lot of the ones I have are more appropriate for late fall and winter. (I'm pretty OCD about it). So this week I went with a beautiful bright red which is called The Thrill of Brazil from OPI. You girls know I'm not the biggest fan of OPI but I will tred on just because the color is gorgeous.
I think next week I'll go for something equally bright or maybe even a little darker. I don't know, I haven't decided. I'm not one of those people who has their outfits/nails planned out for the rest of the week. I'm the kind of girl that just wears what ever feels good at that moment. That's how I like to live, in the moment. Okay my loves, I'm off to school and dreading it. I believe the weekend is far too short and the week is far too long. But, I hope you guys will have a great Monday and a great week!
I think I'm going to start posting again on Wednesdays, like I use to. I took a little break because I had to recharge my creative juices. But now I think I have enough post ideas to write about. Oh, by the way, a huge surprise will be coming out either this week or next so please stay tuned!

NOTW: Got the Blues for Red

Hello my lovelies! Its been awhile since I posted about my nails since I haven't had any time to actually do them. But not this week. This week I decided to go for a very dark, ox-blood red (which is totally out of season but I don't care, I was feeling it this week!). This color is called Got the blues for red by OPI. Now, I'm not a huge fan of OPI because their nail polish takes forever and a day to dry. And on top of that, after you think its dry you bang your nail on something and it messes up! Then you've got to start the process all over again and it's a headache I hate to deal with. This is exactly what happened to me. I always do my toes first to get them out of the way and it had already been a day since I had done them when I go and put on closed shoes they mess up! As for my hands they're not too bad, a quick clear top coat and I'll be good to go.

BTW, the new Glamour magazine arrived with One Direction on the cover. Is that not perfect or what??

Product Review: Bare Minerals Redness Remedy

Hello lovelies!! For you ladies dealing with redness around the cheeks and T zone I have a special post for you! I hope you like it.
Bare Minerals is such a great beauty product line with natural, eco friendly makeup. I have tried their translucent powder and their blushes and have been very happy with the results.
This Redness Remedy powder is no different. It has given me great results in the past week that I have been using it. It doesn't leave your face oily, powdery, or cakey looking. On the contrary, it eliminates 95% of redness on troublesome areas. Try it out in stores before buying for any allergic reactions or discomfort of any kind.

Nail Inspiration: Almond Nails

Hello everyone, so a huge trend that has been going on for a while is the almond nails. I am totally obsessed with them and want to try them out. I like them very simple though because I find the length to be dramatic enough for me. Here are a few ideas I want to try out!

The rings make it even cooler!!

Gaga had them way before it was a major trend! Nude shade to make it less dramatic.

Gorgeous mint color for summer!
