NOTW: Casino Royale

Good Morning Beautiful! It's Monday and I can't stress this enough: I do not like Mondays!
But life goes on and with it a fresh mani for a new week. Now, I promised you last week that it would be my last summer hue for the year and today I am bringing you a deep red/plum. (See! I'm not lying lol) This gorgeous mix between an oxblood shade and a purple is the product of OPI (yes! OPI is on my nails, odd I know because I'm not a big fan).
This one is called Casino Royale by OPI and I have to admit, it dried really fast! Usually I'm very cautious when I paint my nails a dark color as they always take forever and a day to dry. But this one was pretty quick! Surprise! Surprise! As for the longevity of the polish I will let you guys know next week. For now I've got photos for you girls to enjoy.

Almost forgot, when I went to the nail place I picked up a few colors and a base coat!! Finally got myself a much needed base coat. This particular one if from Essie and I also picked up this gorgeous sparkle red called Leading Lady. The opaque blue is called OPI Eurso Euro (very similar to the Essie Butler Please). I wanted to pick this one up since Butler Please chips so badly. Will let you guys know how well all of these work later.

Hope you guys had a wonderful weekend and wish you guys an exciting week ahead!

NOTW: Bahama Mama

Hello my loves! It's been a very, very, very crazy past week!! But I will post more about that later. For now I want to talk to you girls about my current nail polish. Last week I wasn't able to post a Mani Mon post because I hadn't finished them yet and with school it's a little difficult to have a new color every week. I'm constantly doing work either for school, my blog, or my house. So you can imagine I don't have two hours to let my dark nails dry lol. But I finally found the time and did them. I chose this gorgeous deep purplish red color (oxblood really) and it's called Bahama Mama from Essie. I believe I've posted about this color before but what can I say I love it!! It's a little streaky when you first put it on but after a third coat you are good! I wanted to wear this color with gold and brown bangles which give it a more boho chic kind of look. What do you girls think?

NOTW: Bikini So Teeny

Hello my lovely fashionistas! It's Manicure Monday and I've got new nails for you.
Now, you're gonna see a big change! My claws are gone and I am so sad about it. But what happened was I broke one of my nails and couldn't deal with one of my nails being super short. Plus the nail polish was chipping so badly I had to take it off and do my nails again. I guess that's why people get acrylics but can't stand that on my nails.
Any who, this muted blue color is so pretty for the last week of summer. (Though technically isn't September fall already? I have no idea). This pale, gray/blue is called Bikini so Teeny by Essie.
I love Essie because most of there colors don't chip at all. Like this one! I've had it on for a few days and nothing yet! But, since fall is here upon us I will be changing my colors and going for some darker shades. Would you girls like me to do a Fall Nail Polish post?? Let me know in the comments below!

NOTW: Butler Please

Hello beauts! It's #ManicureMonday and I have special nails to show you guys. You know why?
Because it's the first day of school and I'm back in college for the fall semester. I wanted to do a bright color that was still in the summer category. I have found that perfect color! This cobolt blue called Butler Please by Essie (my favorite brand of nail polish). It's ultra rich in color but unfortunetly it dries matte which is not to my liking. I added a coat of my favorite top coat, Seche Vite. If you guys haven't tried it you must go and buy it now! First time I ever heard about it was when Julia, from Misschievous, mentioned it in one of her really old videos. I absolutely love her and she's the one who got me into make-up.
Seche Vite might be a little bit on the expensive side but I highly recommend it as it does it's job much better than most top coats. But, there is a down side to Butler Please.... I ave noticed that it chips super easily. More than most nail polishes. Now, I don't know if this is just because my nails are long and are more prone to getting hit by things but this usually doesn't happen so I'm pretty upset about that. But, I can't complain, it lasted long enough for my first day.
For those of you going to school today good luck and have a great day and week!

Get these polishes here on Amazon! Plus, I believe this color is perfect with the
glitter polish Set in Stone by Essie

NOTW: Summer Colors

Hello my lovelies! I wanted to share with you guys my latest nail posts on Instagram (if you don't follow me take a moment a click the follow button for daily fashion/misc photos of my life!) I absolutely love having a fresh coat of paint on my nails as it makes me feel so put together and ready to take on the world. Since summer is here I have been gravitating towards lighter colors such as white, lavender and blue! Here are my nails for the lastfew weeks!
Week #1:
Nail Polish: Sweet Nothing by Sinful Colors

Week #2:
Nail Polish: Alpine Snow by OPI
Spiked Bracelets: Forever 21
Ancor and Infinity bracelet: Surf Shop
Heart bead bracelet: Gifted

Week #3:
Nail Polish: Beverly Hills by Sinful Colors
Rings: Forever 21

Sinful Colors is super cheap and the quality is incredible! It only cost $2 which is insane and it lasts a very long time, not to mention the fact that the time it takes to dry is minimal. I definetly recommend this brand!
