Back from the beach! Though the water was freezing cold it was a great little getaway from the hectic life. I adore the beach and wish I could live closer, maybe one day I will. For now I'll be happy with visiting so often!

So on a chilly night out for dinner I wore black skinnies, a dolman long sleeve tee and this amazing leather blazer! I also added my arrowhead necklace, pearl earrings and charm bracelets. I totally should have worn closed shoes on a night that was around 50-40 degrees! O.O 

It was so unexpected but another reason to go shoe shopping for closed booties!

Hey everyone! So I decided to wear this super cute hot pink dress with heart shaped cheetah print on it. I really like it! It's super soft and can be worn different ways. 

I chose to wear it dressed down with my hair in natural curls, some pumps and super simple make up with a nude pink lip and pearl earrings. Hope you guys like it!

Inspiration of the Day: Marilyn Monroe

Marilyn has always been a fashion inspiration for me because of her curvy features which weren't the prime look of her era. She also has flawless beauty and style. Her make up was never over dramatic but it was dazzling! Her ruby red lips were a signature and her beauty mark became iconic.

 Sure she had flaws but who doesn't?

 I think her movies were great and funny.. And if she is still talked about 80 years later she must have done something right!

The Want List: February 2012

It's February! My favorite month of all! Not only because it's the love month but also becaue it's the month I was born in! There's something about this month that gets everyone crazy and all lovey dovey! Well my love for JC has only grown with all the pictures I have seen!
