Inspiration Of The Day: Blair Waldorf

Blair has been such an inspiration for me. I have to admit she's a b*tch and really mean most of the time. But the times that she is sweet are so memorable. They always seem to be moments around Chuck lol. I love them together and I really hope that in this last season they end up together forever!! 

Her sense of style has grown on me, I use to hate her school girl oriented clothes but after a season I was hooked on those knee highs and headbands! Then when she graduated and became a "lady" her style evolved to such a glamorous, timeless kind. Truly the modern Audrey Hepburn as she always dreams of her which is another thing I love about her! She's so passionate and never lets anything get in her way. She doesn't care what people think and expresses herself bluntly. Truly an inspiration of courage and style. Enjoy the photos!

Wow I love so many bloggers! But my top three will have to be Blonde Bedhead, Vivaluxury and BalletandPinkroses Their style is so amazing and is constantly evolving! I loving seeing their new outfits and learning how they piece different and unexpected pieces together!

2. What is your horoscope sign?

Just like Tori, I don't follow my horoscope but I am an aquarius.

I have many things planned for summer but the one thing I have to do no matter what is have a graduation party, I want to end summer with an epic party! lol

6. What is one dream you hope to achieve in your life journey?

I have so many dreams lol! But one I hope to achieve is to have my books published in my lifetime.
There are other dreams like traveling around the world, being in a movie, being known as a fashion guru is another dream I really want to achieve one day too. 

7. What is your favorite dish to eat?

Food is just amazing! How can I choose one? But I'd say pasta with alfredo sauce and a parmesan chicken. Love it!! But I also love filet mignon!

8. Who is one person that inspires you in your life?

Coco Chanel inspires me because she came from nothing and became the greatest woman in the world and is still influential even though it's been decades!

9. What is one thing you are looking forward to this fall?

This fall I am looking forward to wearing my scarves and also to travel to NY for winter break! I love going in the winter. Down here in FL it's summer all the time so it's nice to get away from the heat. I love wearing deep earthy colors and comfy jumpers. 

10. Favorite television shows that start up in the fall or now summer?

Vampire Diaries and Gossip Girl start up in the fall!! :D I can't wait!

Koogul Review

Hey guys! I'm so happy my bag finally got here! It's been like 3 weeks and I've been waiting patiently at home lol!! I'm so thankful to Virgit from Preppy Fashionist for the giveaway prize! Koogul asked me to do a review on the bag once I got it so here it is!

Cons:
The shipping is pretty expenisve for people in the US
Picture on site is misleading
Colors may not look the same in person
Smaller than What I thought

Mini College Series: The Fashion Queen Goes To College

Okay so I'm doing this mini college series because I'm super excited to be off to college and I think it will be helpful for any fashionista that is going to college for the first time. I'm learning all this as I go so forgive me if I get things wrong or they don't come out perfect!

This first series is going to be about how to transition from High School to College.

Everyone tells me that college is extremely different then high school. Everyone is there to learn and no one is looking at you, well I seriously can't believe it till I see it. 

People always look at others and there may not be such a close knit student body but I know that there are still cliques. I guess I'll find out when I get their. 

 Another thing people have said is that the teachers don't don't care if you come to class or not. 

I guess cause they get paid whether you're there or not. But I don't think that is the case. I think it depends on the teacher and whether you truly want to learn.

Let's also try and remember that college is bigger and more impersonal in my opinion. 

This means that it's abit harder to make friends, at least for me it is since I am a very shy person. I find it  difficult to go up to strangers and start talking. So for me I would get to know others by the 'friends of friends' method. 

I never went to high school but I always thought that it was the time to dress how you wanted and to express yourself through your clothes. This is why I don't understand why college would be so unfashionable! Like you're becoming an adult now why not dress the part! 

I know many wont want to use up their nice clothes but at least get some nice clothes for college. 

That's why you go on a make to school shopping spree! If you saw my post about the new school want list that's exactly what it was! 

Lastly, I seriously don't believe that college should be boring, or unfahionable. It should be fun! So take electives, try new things, meet new people. Find out something you never knew about yourself!

Remember this is the short period before you head into the real world, take advantage and use it to the max!

Batman: The Dark Knight Rises

I'm sooo sorry this post is being posted super late but it's because I had a special date to see the new Batman movie!! OMG I've been dying to see it ever since I heard about it last year! I knew catwoman would be in it but had no idea who the other villain would be. Some said it would be the joker and others said it would be the riddler but it was actually Bane. This movie was PHENOMENAL!!! Omg I just can not hide my excitement and joy over the latest installment to the Batman trilogy!! I wish they would make another. Christopher Nolan is one of the greatest directors ever and I really hope he makes another batman!!! If you haven't seen it GO NOW!!!

BTW I want to mention that I'm very proud of Christian Bale for visiting the injured people of the Aurora, Colorado shooting. Heroes can be real, not just the villains.
