Aria Montgomery (Lucy Hale) Makeup Tutorial!

Hello beautiful! Today I have the long awaited for  celebrity makeup tutorial! A while ago I posted a photo on instagram asking which celebrity would you like me to recreate and the main choice was Lucy Hale or better known as Aria Montgomery from Pretty Little Liars. I absolutely love Aria and always find her makeup to be flawless. In this tutorial I'll show you how to recreate the look she is wearing in the picture below. I want to point out that I did my foundation and concealer before hand.
If you're interested in seeing how I achieve my foundation then please leave me a comment down below letting me know you would like to see my routine!
Hope you all enjoy and have a wonderful day!
Stay warm for anyone who is passing that winter storm Leon.

THE GRAMMYS! 2014

Okay, Okay, Okay, this has to be hands down my favorite award show EVER! Not only is it because the house is filled with hundreds of amazing artists but because my favorite artists performed!!
Fun. (or technically Nate Ruess) performed side-by-side with Pink and man, oh man, were they perfection! I am counting down the days when fun. has another concert tour!
He looked amazing in a burgundy suit, leather shoes, and his recently grown mustache! Never thought I'd say that but can we just stop for one second and appreciate the glory of this human being. Yes, take one moment to gaze upon holiness.

My Trip To New York! (Vlog)

So this is my first every vlog and I am so happy that I'm starting it off with my trip to New York. When I found out I was going I immedietly started planning my outfits, the places to visit, and where to eat. I love the city that never sleeps! I hope that one day I will be able to live there. But for now, I am content with visiting. So I tried to film as much as possible and obviously skipped all the boring parts lol.
In this video I'll take you on my journey through New York. We'll visit monumental places like the Met, Central Park, Rockefeller, and Grand Central Terminal.
I do have to apoligize because I don't have any video of the Met Opera House (it's on my phone and for some reason I can't seem to connect my phone to this stone age laptop). But! I will make up for that lost footage with photos. So here are some of my favorite moments that just so happen to be captured.
Enjoy and let me know if you've ever been to New York!?

Packing For New York! *Winter Trip* + OOTW

Hello my lovelies!! So today I have a new video for you guys and this time I am deviating a bit from my usual talk about makeup. Today I want to talk about fashion, more specifically the kind you bring with you on a trip. True, this is a bit late because I went to New York back in December 2013 but I still thought this post would be very useful for anyone going to a cold place.
I will show you what I'm bringing with me and how I plan to make my outfits a bit more colorful and interesting. I wish I had taken more pictures of the clothes but it totally slipped my mind. So once again I am so sorry for the lack of photos! I hope my video makes up for it. Enjoy!

Best Dressed at the SAG Awards Red Carpet 2014!

Hello my loves! So last night wat the Screen Actors Guild Award show! If you guys didn't watch it then here are my favorite gowns from the red carpet and one of my not so favorite.
To be honest I expected more from this award show. Well, I expect every award show to jaw-dropping with a line of gorgeous gowns and celebrities walking down the red carpet. But as I watched the show go on I was a bit disappointed with the dress choices. In the entire bunch of beautiful celebrites there were only a few (four this time) that I liked the best. Here we go:

Rita Wilson
How amazing does she look in this floor length, silver sequin gown! I love the black stripe on the side which makes it very modern and doesn't let the sequins swallow her up!
I love how it is a simple cut but very elegant at the same time.
I've read that a lot of people began to compare it with the gown Sofia Vergara wore but if you keep reading you'll see how different these two are.

As you know I came back from New York a week ago but have been so swamped with my spring semester starting and the hectic trip home (because of a snow storm and all) that I really didn't have time to do any videos. I also have been talking to some other youtubers and we have been discussing to do some collaberations together! (Expect that very soon loves!)
So I know you guys can definetly relate when I say life is crazy! I wish I could just go back to my vacation and chill and take pictures for my blog. But I can't! Girl gotta work unfortunetly, lol.
Without further a do here is my first video of the year and (surprise, surprise) it's a haul! I just can't control myself around makeup! Besides I really want to expand my collection and youtube is such a good excuse to do exactly that, hehe. Enjoy the video!

Trends of The Golden Globes

Hello loves! Did you guys see the Golden Globes last night? What an amazing show! I love seeing my favorite actors/actresses and movies/shows winning awards for being the most amazing throughout the year. But the main thing I love to watch is the Red Carpet! The beautiful ladies in their one-of-a-kind gowns! I adore it! Here are a few trends I spotted while watching the preshow.
In my Fall Trend and Winter Trend posts I mentioned how certain trends would pop up during this time of year. Now you cannot doubt it any longer. Here are the trends that walked the Red Carpet.

All White: This is so trendy right now to sport everything white. It is such a classic and heavenly shade. I love how all of the white dresses are very airy and crisp. None seem too heavy. Instead they all are very soft and pleasant. Here we have Rocsi Diaz, Paula Patton, Margot Robbie and Jennifer Lawrence.

(Emerald was seen on more than one beauty that night including Margot Robbie's shoes and gown details as well as Jennifer Lawrence's earrings.)

All Black: Okay, black is perfect all year around. These ladies were on point when they walked down the Red Carpet in sultry black gowns. Each one had a different shape, style, and detail. I love how designers pay so much attention to detail! Here we have Angela Bassett, Emma Roberts, Leslie Mann, Sofia Vergara, and Lily Rabe.

Baby Boomers: Okay, not officially a trend but come on! There was a pattern here. Last night we had three beauties strut down the Red Carpet showing off their baby bumps. Aren't they adorable! It's incredible how they worked the carpet. Featured here is: Olivia Wilde, Drew Barrymore, and Kerry Washington.

All Red: This is a hard color to pull off when walking the Red Carpet. Some stylists prefer to stay away from this hue since it could do some serious damage. But no worries here! These ladies pulled it off flawlessly. Some how instead of being swallowed up by the Red Carpet they stood out from it!
We have here: Amy Adams, Lupita Nyong'o, Taylor Swift, and Emma Watson (by far my favorite. So unexpected to have a pair of trousers on but I adore the extreme low back of this half dress).

I take no credit for the photos or their edits.

Color Of The Year 2014: Radiant Orchid

Hello my dears! Today I want to talk about the Color of the YEar! This year is the year of Radiant Orchid. Boy am I over-joyed to hear it! You may be wondering: What color is Radiant Orchid? Well, below I have posted some pictures that hopefuly will help you have a clearer picture of the color of the year. Who chooses these colors anyways? Does anyone know? This year it is the beautiful, soft lavender color of Radiant Orchid.
Do you know how exciting this is? Just last year I was hoping that Lavender would be the next color of the year and I even made a video of how it was one of my trends (watch here).
So this is very, very exciting for me! Now I think I'm going to paint my room this color. Or maybe just a wall. It's so gorgeous! Look at all the inspirational pictures I found. Enjoy!

NOTW: Alpine White & Cherry Fashion Rings

Hello beauties! Today I wont be posting a video since I still need to finish editing before uploading. I'm really sorry about that. But I have a nail post for you guys. I am so obsessed with this color it's not even funny. Last week I wore Alpine Snow by OPI on my nails.  It is a gorgeous, crisp white shade that literally resembles snow. You all know I am an Essie fan for life but I sometimes venture out and try different brands. So I wanted to give this polish a go and it truly blew my mind. It's amazing the opaqueness of this color. It lasted such a long time without any chips! (Unfortunetly I some how got pen marks on my nails by the end of the week. How'd that happen? I have no idea lol).
But, I thought this was a perfect color for December and wanted to show you guys how they look. (I told you white nail polish would be on my winter essentials list. Watch the video here).

Now let's talk about these gorgeous midi-rings! White and gold = Perfection! Even more so that the gold rings are midi-rings. My friend Nia, from Style Of Colours, was asking for some bloggers to review her new jewelry line: Cherry Fashion. (Def go check out her online shop! It is amazing and her jewelry is so chic!) She offered to let me review three of the midi-rings of my choice. Two are being featured here today. The ones I'm wearing are the chevron midi-rings!! I am in love with them! The gold color is amazing and the size is perfect! Though it is adjustable. I am completly impressed with the quality of these rings. I am also so very, very thankful to Nia for being so patient with me as the first package she sent out got lost! But thankfully the second one arrived safely.
Thank you so much Nia! I love my new midi-rings!

***Winter Fashion 2013/14***

Last summer all the designers showed off their Fall/Winter collections. Some of them had more than one trend in common. Today I am going to talk about the Winter Trends for 2013/14 since winter doesn't end till March I believe. I hope it helps you girls while you're out shopping or getting dressed in the morning. I know I will be trying to incorporate some of these trends as much as I can this season.
Today we'll talk about five of my favorite trends.

All White Everything: White is the epitomy of class. It's clean, sacred, and ultra chic. Worn the right way and you can rock this trend. So many celebrities have worn this trend (Kim K, Vanessa Hudgens, Emma Stone, Mila Kunis, and Camilla Belle). It has become a favorite this year. It's simple and classy and easy to style. My favorite out of these three is the skirt and long sweater shirt combo. Perfect!

Over the Knee Boots: These are everywhere this season! From the runway to the streets, every woman has them. They are trendy and keep your legs warm in a skirt or dress. They are perfect for a flat boot or one with a heel. I've seen so many cute pairs in store (Steven Madden, Michael Kors, Cole Haan).

Leather: I mentioned this trend in my Fall Fashion trend post and I will mention them again. Leather (especially leather leggings) have been huge all year around! They are edgy, chic, and so easy to style! You seriously dont need much to complete the outfit. Notice how all these lovely ladies are wearing super chic heels. I think this makes the leggings a lot classier and dressed up. I absolutely love this trend!

Red: This is new to me, but it's incredible to see so much red on the runway. This vibrant color is perfect to brighten up any dark outfit. Whether you're wearing it under your coat or it's your coat itself you'll definetly turn heads.

Oversized Outerwear: Can you believe this is a trend? I had no idea until I started looking. Oversized coats are in this season (especially in any color but black!) My favorite coat is the Balenciaga grey coat and the Chloe dusty pink bomber jacket. They are so cute! I actually need a new coat and, come to think of it, oversized coats aren't as bad as you think. You wont feel as restrianed and suffocated in your coat. Instead, feel free to layer your cute jackets underneath! It will actually be possible with these bigger coats.

*None of these Pictures are Mine!*

Well, there you have it. The 5 trends I think will rule the streets this year.
What is your favorite Winter Trend? Let me know in the comments below!
